The Homemade "SNUGGY"

For Christmas we thought it would be fun to make the kids new fleece blankets, but in all honesty, Hans and I are tired of picking up blankets all over the house so we had a great idea....make a neck hole and turn them into ponchos, then when they move, the blanket moves with them. When the kids opened them up they said, "Awesome, homemade snuggies!" It is a commercial the kids have watched and thought was cool. I thought they would think I was a nerd, but they loved them and have been wearing them all Christmas break.

ooohhhh----I love your idea!!! I am about ready to get rid of 13 blankets that are always laying around on our back room floor. I might have to turn them into "snuglies" also.

I was wondering just today how your homemade projects went over with the kids. The snugglies look awesome...I want one too! :) Did the girls like their dolls?
Hey who had GNO this month?

Awesome! We've been laughing about those Snuggie commercials, but just last night I was telling Jeff that I need a Snuggie, because I can't read and keep my arms warm! Great idea, Traci!
