Sophie

So this is Sophie Skousen...she is my newest and most favorite niece!

Tricia is her mom and my closest sister.

Last time Tricia had a baby, I had one the same day...
Luke and Josie are our cute cousin twins!

This is the first time Tricia has had a baby where I am not pregnant or have a newborn of my own! I love it! I haven't been able to spend as much time with her as I would like, but she is darling and I love her!

So because I don't have a baby on my hip,
I decided to put a little time and effort into a present for her....
a quilt.

I love the colors and luckily, so does Tricia!
We are daughters of a quilter, so I new she would appreciate it! I ran into her at Target the other day and she got my attention because my quilt was cutely displayed covering the car seat with sweet, sleeping Sophie inside! I'm grateful she likes it, she is an awesome sister and she has called me twice to say thanks and to express how much she loves it.
It is so easy to spend time on someone who you love and who will appreciate it!
